4x1600 @10k effort w/2' jog+ 4x400 w/200 jog. Felt very flat today, thought 1600 at 4:50's would be easily maintainable but ended up more effort than initially thought. Finally told mike that the track was bothering my achilles so most of my workouts from here on should be on the SRT. Kind of just happy I got through this one. 4:57.2/4:55.9/4:52.0/4:51.0. 400s got a little turnover back but still nothing great. 70.5/68.8/69.3/68.3
