Oh boy am I paying for not doing core over the last few weeks. My glutes and back were sore from a few too many burpees and Donkey Kicks. Wanted to roll a bit at the end but with the soreness and the boys taking it easier I was steadily growing more disapointed with the lack of pace. finally dropped Ben and Reed off at 12 (14 for me) and picked up the last mile. Statics and BHR after, hoping the extra hip work will help calm down my buttocks.
