4 mile tempo, 5' jog, 5x200 w/ 200 jog. I didn't want to do the track since it would be pretty much like twice a week back home. I did not set the world on fire today. I was tired from the drive and being sick and I felt like a clomping misaligned mechanical mess from the outset. 32.8/33.9/33.3/33.2/32.6 for the 200s. Felt out of sorts still but less so, so I guess there's that.
