Another warm up with the team followed by lonely miles. I kept the pace more in an aerobic zone to feel productive this morning. Richey wants to keep things easy for another week. I'm hoping to parley good health into a 20 week build for the Houston marathon starting at the end of the month. (Hip mobility, pedestal)
