Senior day today, and it was a lot of fun running with the guys the pace was quick on the tempo but we were all laughing and having fun. the 800s were steady and it was nice to get a nice fast effort in without tying. after the seniors took their lap we circled up and each senior got to say something profound and my favorites were from yonny and kerley because theirs were emotional stories about how far they have come and i cant wait for next year when i get to do the same.
