Woke up early to run with Plank and catch up before he went to work. We did a short 4 mile diddy around the CU cross country course. Picked up Maggie back at their house and we did an out and back on Bobolink. It was a nice slow morning to really recover from yesterday and pucker my b-hole for Saturday
