it was windy as fuck outside, that coupled with potential thunderstorms in the area thompsen and I were considering running inside. eventually we decided that we'd drive out into the country and just run back with the a 25mph tailwind the whole time. the paces were a little overblown because of the wind, it was closer to 6:30 pace. still too fast for me to consider it recovery. the crown in the road and shitty shoulder made the terrain a little tough on my legs. tomorrow i wont be doing a 6' run just to give myself a little more recovery time.
