had to help set up this morning's workout. Gulley said he didn't mind me doing the workout during practice time, it was supposed to get hot later today so I got it done early. great workout! 6x1 1/2 miles w/ 800m steady recovery. being on the track made a huge difference, ran in lane 8, alternating directions every rep. 7:52.5/7:44.4/7:46.3/7:31.0/7:35.9/7:22.9. the paces felt super smooth, other than a slight headwind which required some focus, I would put my effort somewhere around a 5-6 this morning.
