Played some Mario Party with Will and Isaac before heading out for this shake out. The beginning was very slow as I waited for the stiffness to dissipate but I was in no rush. Ran from the Airbnb to the bike path but after waiting for a way-too-long light to cross Aloma, I twisted around on the sidewalks of the main roads, doing an out and back. Hip was good!
