Ran with Alyssa from campus. went out to mcdowell and it was crazy humid out. our first mile was 8:10 and averaged 6:50s which made the run a little impressive considering last time we ran we averaged around 7:10. did the grass loop and on the way back we saw helen then brady and sebhat run by on the riverwalk.
