First workout of the Johnny Crain Train(ing) plan. 40' easy into 1-1-1.5-1.5-2-2-2.5-2.5-3-3 min pick-ups every 8'. I honestly thought this would go better than it did. first few reps went alright because why wouldn't they, they were just a minute. but as I kept going out the sun was heating things up more and more. started in the low 70's, ended in the mid-80s. was going to call it after the 2.5' pick ups but figured I just didn't need to go as fast as I was before. most were around 5:0x's-5:10's, last few were 5:2x's
