Woof I was tired coming off the long run and standing around the meet for hours afterwards. I got to sleep in a bit and was in no rush since I didn’t work until noon. Ran the first half of the run with Kaylin and she’s wasn’t slowing me down at all, I was just feeling that tired. I slowly picked it up after that and got into a more standard recovery pace. Beautiful morning weather wise so nothing to complain about there.
