20' tempo, every 5' progress, starting at 80s, ending at 77s, followed by a 5' jog and then 5x200 @sub-35. Legs were pretty heavy and my motivation was low going into this but it ended up being a pretty decent workout. 5:14/5:03/5:08 for the 3 miles then a little faster to finish (4:33, .91). Finished off with 33.9/33.4/33.3/32.6/32.6. While I may have felt heavy today still ran very strong.
