Had to run back to work this morning and the route was a little less forgiving on my legs. May have run a little too fast last night so I kept it slow. However, once I started decenting on the 36 Bike Path there was a noticable jarring sensation to each step. I definitely finished feeling a little more beat up but it also could be due to a back-to-back medium long schedule and lots of travel this weekend.
