Worked out on the SRT this morning on my own. 6x1600 @5:04-5:00 w/ 2:30 jog. legs were tired but not trashed, but felt the worst at the beginning. 5:00.8/4:59.1/4:56.1/4:56.2/4:51.7/4:47.4. Stayed conservative and built through. neg split most reps coming through around 2:28-2:30 most of the time. Nothing that great today but got in a good volume of work.
