3x [2k @6:00-10 w/ 2:30 jog+ 1k @3:00 w/ 2' jog] +2x500 @90 w/ 90" jog. Not feeling the best going into the workout, was surprised at the sub-3:00 even getting more than half way into the workout. Set #1 6:10.1 (3:07/3:03) 2:58.9 Set #2 6:00.3 (2:59/3:00) 2:56.5 Set #3 5:59.6 (2:59/2:59) 2:56.2 + 1:25.3 (67) & 1:22.8 (65). Opened up a little bit today and ran a little faster than I had originally planned. Mark still whopped my ass but I still surpassed my expectations.
