3 sets of 4x400 [68/68/68/66] w/200 between reps, 400 between sets, 5:00 after 3 sets. finished off with 3x150 w/250 jog, acceleration in middle 50m. worked out with mark and austin as they did their pre-race 400s. glad i wasnt on my own this morning, had fun running a little faster and 400s are some of my favorite workouts. Austin was feeling shitty so Mark and I just alternated every 2 reps. 150s actually felt super smooth which was a surprise, thought i'd be rigging a little after a faster 3rd set of 400s.
