Run before NCAAs. Race got moved up earlier because of the impending storms. So I had to wake up at 5:30 (4:30 biologically). Felt terrible for the first 3-4 miles, no rhythm and felt like I was going forever. Got fed up with the slow ass running so I forced myself to pick it up.
