Another speed dev workout, 10x15" hill sprints w/3'. Not feeling beat up after my 400 yesterday which was great, I warmed up with the guys then split off to run the shallow hill on Baseline from NP. Felt strong, and tried to remember the youthful speed I had back in high school and embrace the new challenge.
