(LM) Ran with Thompsen after driving down from Milwaukee. Only got 4 hours of sleep after staying up drinking with the crew all night after Grindfest. I was dead in the water from the outset. I dragged ass around St Joe. Picked up Justin Jones around 8 miles and ran the last 3 with a bit of extra company. I need sleep.
