4 sets of 1k @3:07-3:04 w/2:30 jog +2x500 @ 72 pace w/60" jog. Mark and Austin did a different workout so it was just frank and I out there. I was considering doing 5 sets but after 3 I realized how much volume the work was with the recoveries. Overall the workout was tough b/c my legs were feeling pretty damn heavy.
