took the GMAT exam this morning before the workout and absolutely and utterly blew the fuck up! I was almost in tears with my terrible score following the test that this workout was the last thing on my mind. 3 sets of 2k/1k @6:10/3:00 w/ 500m jog between. The first set was daunting just because of the 2k but when i got back around to the 2nd one it felt like the workout was much closer to being over. 2ks were def better than the 1ks but nothing was great today. 6:09.3/3:00.0/6:06.2/3:01.2/6:01.9/2:59.9
