20' tempo; 5' jog; 5x200 w/200 jog. wanted to get a good tempo in today being a week out from the marathon, this would basically be my last reasonably specific run. 5:16.1/5:07.3/5:05.9/.9-4:31.0. felt alright, took a little extra effort to get into a rhythm, but one I was there it wasnt so bad. jogged back over to the track and did 5x200. 34.1/33.6/32.9/32.8/32.1. would have been a good morning but on the cool down my abs were cramping badly, at least I didnt feel it during the harder effort. still worries me a bit.
