Post-Race Fartlek, 16x1 on-1 off. Ran to a park by OSU-Tulsa's campus just north of downtown. I thought about doing an out and back on the Osage Trail but with the brutal wind, I didn't want to fly at the beginning with the wind at my back then suffer the entire way back. I ran on a paved half mile loop the whole time. Averaged better than 5 flat pace for the surges and took the recovery paces easy. even though I had some killer stretches into the wind but it balanced out with the quick ones when the wind was at my back.
