long run today with the team, we originally planned to do the blackwell long run but when we got to herrick lake the trails were still too snowy to run on without risking injury, so we went to the roads and did an out and back we passed bradys old school and almost got to his house, mitch, perez and i, along with brady led most of the way it was a really fun experience leading with them, unfortunately 10 minutes into the tempo i pulled off on and took a crap in the caribou coffee and had to do the rest of the tempo on my own, i ran hard but it would have been 1000 times better with the guys
