5x1200 w/ 400 jog+ 5x200 w/200 jog. cutdown workout and when mike said he didnt care how far the cutdown went I knew Austin would try to kill the workout. me on the otherhand, with my goal race in June just wanted a nice solid B workout. Austin and Mark cut down to mid 3:20's, I ran with frank: 3:45.6/3:41.1/3:38.8/3:39.9/3:37.8. nice and smooth pacing. finished off the workout with 34.2/33.0/32.6/32.5/32.0.
