The intervals this afternoon were a little more intense than I was originally anticipating. 4x600, 4x500, 4x400, 4x300, 90" between reps and 3' between sets. Paced the girls through a really good workout where we were under pace the whole time. 1:56.8, 1:56.9, 1:55.7, 1:55.9/ 1:35.5, 1:33.4, 1:33.1, 1:33.3/ 71.5, 73.0, 72.2, 72.5/ 51.7, 52.3, 52.3, 51.2. heard a few f-bombs get dropped after a few especially quick reps. Wam up and cool down with the ladies was balls slow.
