broken 1600's = 600 @ 1:45+ 200 float in <45"+ 400 @ 70 + 200 float+ 200 faster than 35; 4-5 reps, 2:30 jog between. This one was rough. started off in flats but after the first 600 my heel was bothering me so I went through the rest of the rep then immediately split off on the jog to change back to my trainers. missed about 300m of jog before hopping back in. from there with each passing segment my legs got heavier and heavier. I let mark and austin go part way through the 4th and tried to run my own pace but it still felt likeI was just trying to maintain my mechanics. as i finished #4 mike tried to get me to stop but I knew I had a little more to give so I kept jogging. the 5th and final was terrible. I was in full on survival mode just trying to stay on upright, my form was shit. let the floats suffer a little on the last one but still kept it under 5:00 for the rep so at least I didnt completely implode.
