2 sets of 1k @2:55 w/ 2:30 jog+ 600 @72 pace w/300 jog+ 500@ 72 pace w/300 jog+ 400 @70 w/200 jog+ 300 @53 w/ 200 jog+ 200 @33 w/400 jog. Worked out in res alone. Sucked for the most part, just didn't feel any pop to my legs and had to work on the turns. It's been forever since I've been on an indoor track and even in lane six it still felt right. Ran decently well for being alone and tired and neg split the sets. 2:56.1/1:45.3/1:26.0/69.3/50.8/32.9

2:52.7/1:43.7/1:24.6/67.4/48.6/32.7. Did have marks for the recovery jogs so I assumed everything was 8:00 pace and went from there.
