aerobic mileage this morning. Started off slowly and build through the hills int he middle miles. Once I was back down 1st St. I was cruising comfortably. I almost got hit by someone not yielding to a right-on-red and forgot to restart my watch after the incident so I got a few tenths of a mile down the street before I realized it. Did 4 hill strides with jog down recovery on the steep incline by the apartment.
