felt a groove early on going out towards the mall. I am still not REALLY training so I rolled with it. I figured taking the mental stress of planning workouts and structure can be pushed back another week or so before the Trials build. smoothly, and comfortably, went out and back; enjoying the rolling hills more than usual. Focused on good knee drive and forefoot landing on the ups and made an effort to land as light as possible as opposed to stomping down the other side of the hills.
