I had a medium long schedule so I started my run a half hour before the girls left to warm up, I knew I'd get rolling. The girls had 10x600 w/90" so I paced the interval then followed it up with a nearly 400m jog. We had a beautiful afternoon for the workout and I was rolling the pace through the initial 9 miles. 2:00.3, 2:00.0, 1:57.8, 1:57.9, 1:56.2, 1:55.8, 1:55.9, 1:55.1, 1:54.7, 1:52.3. Got a big volume run in at a very solid pace, should have a well-deserved recovery run tomorrow.
