5x2k @ 6:10-6:14 w/ 2:30 jog. workout was pretty straight forward. basically running tempo paces so nothing too quick. Mark was feeling tired from his 10k still so I did most of the leading which was fine. got a good amount of rhythm work in. it wasnt all that hard, just about finding the groove and running 5:00 pace as comfortably as possible. 6:16.7/6:12.8/6:12.7/6:13.9/6:09.9
