5 sets of 1200 w/2:30 jog+ 800 w/ 2' jog. mike had us working out on part of the Reedy River 10k course for some specificity. winding intervals so the pacing was a little off but by far the most inconvenient was the 45 degree turn to go over a bridge near the end of the rep. lucky for me i had a short stride and left austin and mark behind on those sharper turns. even with the long run still hitting me hard got in a very very strong workout. everything felt controlled and maybe 75% effort outside of accelerating around the various turns. 3:47.0/2:27.6 3:44.4/2:24.2 3:42.6/2:25.3 3:42.5/2:24.4 3:40.5/2:22.4
