I think the New Balance 1080s I tried switching to were a big factor in my foot pain because there's less pain in my Cliftons. I have mile repeats on the schedule tomorrow so I felt like I had to get something in even if the foot isn't feeling that much better. Ran after work and my body was predictably sluggish but the pace wasn't. foot didn't get worse, but I did roll it on a rock trying to dodge someone's wandering dog near the Baseline Bobo trailhead. Going to give it a go tomorrow if I don't wake up feeling significantly worse. (Hip Isometrics)
