7'-6'-5'-4' w/ 1/2 steady rest. 7' @ 5:14/mile (6:02/mile rec). 6' @ 5:06/mile (5:53/mile rec). 5' @ 5:00/mile (5:57/mile rec). 4' @ 5:00/mile (6:00/mile rec). Feels good when you hit a workout. I've been feeling flat the last couple days and didn't go in with high expectations. actually would have been happy running 5:20 pace the whole time.
