Notes

needed to get my long run done for the week so i didnt drink last night with some of the guys. woke up and ran with lane for the first part of the run. did the grass loop with burlingdiz and he was on the struggle bus hard and kept telling me to leave him behind. we ended up taking 2 good breaks on the way back. did around 7.5 in 51:30. I proceeded to do medium modaff from the apartment and at a pretty good click too. I did the 10.1 route in 64:30 and felt good up until i got to the river walk and thats where the fatigue just slowly crept in. good run over all glad to get back to the long aerobic training
