Ran around campus this morning so I could finish up and do some work in the gym. started on the infield and got bored after a mile and popped out to make my way towards the New U and eventually the practice soccer field. my hip held up well until the practice field which was very very soft and I was sinking in an uncomfortable amount. finished up on the track and had a few minutes of pushing just to push, not because I felt like I had to, but because I could.
