My left knee was killing me about 1/2 way through the run. The last 5-6 minutes of this run was mostly walking up the big hill in IP. This was supposed to be an 8.75 mile run but I cut it short and walked/ran it back to the house. That night and next morning my right hamstring was pretty sore/fatigued. Taking 12/31 off from running.
