Two snow storms since we wen away left a lot of snow on the orads, sidewalks and trail. It made for challenging running and really slowed the pace, especially on the short Coal Creek section.
I could tell that I did a long drive and spent early two weeks at sea level. It was at least 4 miles before I settled in and just got a rythm. The rest f the run was good.
The legs are ok in re musles. My left knee was aching badly by the end of the run. This is the same kind of ache that I get periodically.
