Notes
Started off sunny, hot (24C), & windy (SE 33k gusting to 42k). Clouded over and had rain showers but of course the wind did not die out and in area (around starlight especially) seemed much more windy! By time I got home it was almost sunny again and temp was 20C. Tried to make it a slow run...first 2 k were a little faster than I was aimimg for (~ 6:45 min/km) and then the wind factored in so I was a litle slower then intended. Tried to pick the pace up the last three kilometers to practice finishing kick. Remembered my water bottle this time and was glad I had it!
