Notes
First leg of a brick workout. Sunny (18C) but windy (only reported as SW 14K!). First lap was gravel roads and trails (as was the last 1.5 k of the last lap). Second lap had a huge elevation change (~90 m) that I wasn't expecting. Third and fourth laps were unremarkable (besides the beautiful scenery) but the last leg was a strong head wind for 9 K!
