Sunny, warm (18 C) and blowing a gale (W 32 k) but wanted to get my run in before supper. Thought I should do hill repeats but it was too windy so was planning to do the loop but when I got to the hill it was a cross wind so I decided to do the repeats. Not sure if this is a good hill but its 250 m long with a steep start and then levels off a little. Should I be doing a longer hill - 300-400 m?
