Swam this morning at Coronado Community center and went to the beach in the afternoon with Paula and Jason. Quick treadmill run since I didn't really feel like going outside tonight. Finally dropping this virus/cough whatever thing since Wednesday with only traces of cough left. Had a bit of a headache today so I popped a couple of Advil and feeling better now.
