Overall an awful long run. Hot and humid, and the horseflies were the worst they have ever been. I sped up for a couple miles along Mud Pond road, where they were the worst, but they were persistent. Then I felt dead for the last 5-6 miles. Only good thing about the run was seeing a bear at about 6 miles.
