Notes

AM Light Snow Determined knee issue is from impact to patella in June, not ITBS. Original injured tissue did not heal appropriately, knee not tracking properly. Need to loosen surrounding tissue, ~3 weeks 2X therapy. No speed workouts, no downhill. Begin daily Quad, Quad+ stretch, Roller. (After 3 weeks PT pain should be easing up, knee clicking on extension should go away. Bone2bone impact takes 3-4 months to heal, so timing is right.)
