Started the McMillan core workout.

Planks - 3 x 30 secs

Side Planks - 3 x 30 secs each side

Left Lifts - 5 - couldn't lower my legs very far

Metronome - 5 - couldn't lower my legs all the way to the floor

Jane Fonda - 12 each side

Sit-up w a Twist - 5 to each side
