Notes

Tried to do a 20-mile trail run the day after a hefty strength training day. Bad idea.

Drank: 1 lrg/1 small bottle

Ate: 4 fig newtons, 3/4 Mojo bar

Took in 3 salt pills

Drank every 20 min from the start. After an hour, began eating every 20 minutes. Was hungry toward the end, but also a bit nauseous.
