Notes

Consumed:

Fluids w/GU2O - 32 oz = 20 g.

Shot Blocks - 8 = 56 g.

Endurolytes - 2 (other supplementals)

Peanut Butter Luna Bar - 1 = 23 g.

Total Carbs: 99 g in 2.5 hours

Shot Blocks - Began15 min into run and continued every 15-20 min. Took 1 endurolyte 1 hour into run, 1 an hour later. Ate Luna bar in 3 pieces over course of run.

Ran as many hills as possible in the 2.5 hours. At end, wasn't as tired as I thought I'd be, although on the uphills, I did have to stop a few times for less than 20-30 seconds each. Would eat a block of it was time, or a piece of the Luna bar.

Stretched well at end of run. Ate granola and drank more fluids on the way home. Ate eggs, quinoa, flour tortilla, and glass of milk for breakfast. Felt pretty good the rest of the day.
