Notes

1st trail run in 4 weeks. Cardio-wise, didn't feel too bad. Legs-wise, they were pretty pooped at the end. Drank almost all of the 56 oz of fluid, ate 7 shot blocks, 2 endurolytes, almost all of a fruit bar.
